Private Resident's Club

As a resident within The Palisades Homeowners Association, you gain access to the Private Resident's Club.

 

The bottom floor of the clubhouse is where you will find our fitness facility which is open daily from 5 am -midnight. 

 

Behind the clubhouse, you will find the Resident's Club pool which can be enjoyed daily from 10:00 am-8:00 pm, Memorial Day-Labor Day.

           

 

Behind the pool, you will find the playground which is available 24/7.

 

Connected to the Private Resident's Club parking lot you will find our Pickle Ball and Basketball courts which are available daily from 6:00AM-9:00PM.

 

All amenities are accessible with your Amenity key fob.

 

The upstairs area of the clubhouse is only available for homeowner rentals or neighborhood events. This space is ideal for gathering with friends and neighbors, hosting parties, receptions, or corporate meetings.
