Master Association Retaining Walls

Construction in the Palisades began in 2002 and concluded in 2025.  Many developers and builders have been involved in The Palisades Community.    Only the walls displayed on the Master Association Retaining Walls map are the responsibility of the Master Association.   Should a homeowner believe a retaining wall is the responsibility of the Master Association they must send documentation to the Master Association Board of Directors for review.
