Master Association Retaining Walls

 

Construction in the Palisades began in 2002. In 2012 Standard Pacific became the declarant and began to track the installation of retaining walls.  

 

In 2025 Taylor-Morrison will begin the development of the final Tract of the Palisades. The new neighborhood will be named The Coves. The Coves will be established as a sub-association of the Master Association and will operate as its own HOA, they will be responsible for some infrastructure issues in The Coves. Only the walls displayed on the Master Association Retaining Walls map are the responsibility of the Master Association. Should a homeowner believe a retaining wall is the responsibility of the Master Association they must send documentation to the Master Association Board of Directors for review.
