Austin's Creek Shrub Removal- Begins Today!

Shrub removal begins today to remove the shrubs from the Austin’s Creek bridge area. They may also begin working on some other areas depending on how long the bridge removals take.
Highcliff Gardents Silt Fence Removal: Starting Today 6/13/23

Austin's Creek Fence Painting Update

Due to the removal of shrubs surrounding the fence, the fence painting has been post-poned. Once all shrubs are removed, painting will promptly be scheduled.

Memorial Day Office Closure

Austin's Creek Bus Stop and Parking Update

In speaking with CMS (Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools) this morning, they have requested that both sides of Langston be free of parked vehicles during the pick up and drop off hours. This will allow busses to travel in both directions on this street and provide for the safety of students.
“NO Parking” signs will be placed on both sides of the street today, noting the drop-off and pick-up hours of 5:30am-8:30am and 2:30pm-5:30pm.
This arrangement will serve until the end of this school year.
Fitness Center Repairs: TODAY 4/19/2023

Montage Residents,
The Montage pedestrian exit gate handle has been repaired by our vendor and is now fully operational. The pedestrian entry gate is also operational but has a loose specialized bolt that is on order to replace.

Ashton Oaks Gates

We are writing to inform you of gate damage that occurred this morning to the Ashton Oaks entrance gate. The gate vendor has been contacted and will be coming out to assess the gates for repair.
In the meantime, we have opened the gates for entry access.
We will update you as more information becomes available.
Montage Pedestrian Exit Gate

Montage residents,
We have been made aware that children are having issues exiting the community during school hours due to a missing part in the pedestrian exit gate. The part has been ordered, and we aim to have repair completed by the end of this week. In the meantime, we have programmed the gates to be held open from 6AM-9AM to allow students to pass through the pedestrian gate.

The virtual Chat Session is open to all members as an opportunity to ask questions related to the upcoming transition of governance and Board member elections for both Master and Residential Associations.
Tonight’s session will include a presentation from the Governance Transition Committee followed by Q&A with the Board, CAMS, and HOA Legal Counsel.

Master and Residential Nominating Committee- Call for Volunteers Reminder

We would like to encourage and remind all homeowners interested in serving on the Master and Residential Nominating Committees for the upcoming Board of Director Elections to notify CAMS Onsite Management by the April 14, 2023 deadline. Simply submit your name and contact information to Vicky Riggs, the Palisades Onsite Director, via email at Vriggs@camsmgt.com by 5pm on Friday, April 14.
Candidates will be notified of next steps following the April 14 close of the call for volunteers period.
As reference, we have attached the charters for each committee, which explain the Committees' scope of duties.
The Nominating Committees serve an important role in the elections of the Associations' Boards of Directors by ensuring that a sufficient number of vetted candidates are nominated for each election. It's a great opportunity to participate in the future of your community.

Palisades Waterfall Update

The electrician completed install of the two additional front lights for the waterfall to improve illumination.
In addition, the main entrance waterfall will be off through the weekend for deep cleaning. The fountain vendor will be onsite and once completed, water will be restored.

We are writing to provide an update on the waterfall lighting repairs and upgrades.
Today, the up-lighting behind the waterfall was repaired. We are expecting additional updates next week on the lighting under the Palisades lettering.

• Keep cutting, but to the correct height. Don’t put that mower away yet!
